The state celebrated the completion of Marlborough's $2.7M MassWorks project to support the revitalization of East Main Street in the city's downtown.
City councilors approved a zoning amendment that allows coffee roasters to operate in Marlborough. Lost Shoe – a brewery & coffee roaster – plans to open in downtown soon.
For a while, Marlborough didn’t appear to be a destination for beer entrepreneurs. But now, no less than four breweries are expected to open for business by next year.
MEDC has closed on its first ever property purchase of a plot of land, and it has become the first and only community to partner with the popular TV program Phantom Gourmet.
