MARLBOROUGH CITY HAPPENINGS - AUGUST 2018
Flying Dreams Brewing Company is coming to Marlborough. The Worcester brewery, which opened in November 2015, will set up a second shop at 277 Main Street.
A zoning change the Marlborough City Council is considering would allow coffee roasters to open in certain sections in the city – including downtown.
“I’d love to think it’s because of me and the city council, but realistically it’s about the location,” quips Mayor Arthur Vigeant. "I think we have a lot to offer."
After launching a two-year pilot bike-share program citywide last year, Marlborough has added a sixth station at the Apex Center on Rte. 20.
Marlborough is updating its open space and recreation plan to allow it to remain eligible for state and federal grants. The city is calling on residents to help by taking a short survey.
