MARLBOROUGH CITY HAPPENINGS - MAY 2018
MEDC has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for the development of five parcels of land, located on Lincoln and Mechanic Streets in the French Hill neighborhood.
Investors have a new incentive to move their money into Marlborough. Federal officials approved a request from the cities to participate in the Opportunity Zone program.
