MARLBOROUGH CITY HAPPENINGS - OCTOBER 2017
With about 30% of the state’s technology jobs already in Marlborough, the city and five surrounding towns are joining the race to lure Amazon’s 2nd headquarters to MetroWest.
With access to major highways and Boston, MetroWest is always looking to attract new companies to boost the local economy and bring business to smaller vendors and stores.
The $160-million, 475,000-square-foot Apex Center of New England has begun opening on Route 20 in Marlborough this week, with about two dozen tenants set to open in all.
